About the 11+
There are different assessments taken across the country. It is important that you are aware of which assessment your child will take. We are here to help you with this.
The 11+
The 11+ assessment is usually taken in the September of year 6, it is not the same assessment across the country. GL and CEM provide the vast majority of assessments across the country but these can be different depending upon the local authority and the school. 11pass aims to cover all of the learning content for both GL and CEM so that children are well prepared for any type of secondary school entrance examination, including independent schools.
A number of 11+ websites and learning resources assess children. While we believe assessment is an essential part of the learning process, 11pass aims to also spend time teaching pupils so that they are better equipped to demonstrate their potential in the interactive quizzes.
